early saturday morning around 7:45 i got called by this number. honestly, i wasn’t keen on figuring out who was disturbing me at that hour. the delay before someone answered was just like those annoying spam calls, plus the person on the other end spoke with a strange accent. i ended up hanging up once they started mentioning something about ‘without 19 th’.

Just a heads up, this number calls pretending to be from Microsoft and says your computer is hacked. They sound super convincing but dont fall for it, just hang up straight away. Be careful!

Called me at 07:37. I answered, but there was nothing but quiet on the other end.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with Microsoft, saying my computer was hacked and someone else was using it. I asked which town they were ringing from and she said Reading. I told her I know Reading, got family there, so where exactly? Then she just hung up. Totally a scam.
