For the past three weeks, I’ve been getting calls from this number about 5 or 6 times every day. It’s always just silence on the other end. Honestly, it’s starting to annoy me now.

Once I decided to answer and the person just dropped the call straight away. I’m on the TPS, my number’s ex-directory, and I only share it with close family, so I don’t get why I keep getting these silent calls. Really annoying!

They’ve rang me a few times but no one says anything. The number is local which is odd because their firm is from Blackburn, lancashire so I guess they have people working nearby. I haven’t bothered returning the call because I’ve heard some of these numbers charge crazy high rates if you ring back. I’m thinking of blocking it soon.

Got a call from a firm named Advice Direct that showed up on my caller ID as a local number, but it was actually spoofed. I read somewhere they were slapped with a £20,000 fine not too long ago, yet they keep carrying on like nothing happened. When I looked them up online, their address was listed in Blackburn Lanes, but the phone number they gave didn’t even connect when I tried calling back. Quite suspicious if you ask me.
