This afternoon, I got a call from 01757290215 claiming to be from the National Telephone Number Blocking Service. The woman, who sounded Asian, asked for my name and address and then said she’d connect me to her manager. I could hear a busy background, like a call centre. After I hung up, the line stayed active for a bit. I reckon once they have your info, they’ll probably try to get your payment and card details. I’ve flagged this number as risky because they likely use public info like electoral rolls to build trust before trying to scam you out of your card info.
