I got a call on my phone from 01757249137, but they were chatting in some kind of Chinese dialect. Didn’t bother to pick up since I don’t understand it at all.

Received a call from someone who seemed to know my name and was keen to fire questions at me. I had to turn him down since I was busy with work, and the number he dialled happens to be my office line. To his credit, he was quite apologetic and hung up promptly. It's rather vexing, though, especially as I've signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, which clearly doesn’t deter these calls. On the bright side, at least he was civil about it.
