6 yearsThe call was pretty hard to follow since the connection was bad and the lady's English was quite patchy. She claimed to be from Amazon Prime and asked if I wanted to keep paying either £19.99 or £99.99. When I told her I didn’t have Amazon Prime and wasn’t interested, she got quite pushy, insisting I’d been charged before. I got really suspicious because of how she was talking to me. After I told her off, she finally ended the call.Amazon PrimeSubmit Your Own Report (01757 071984)
