They keep ringing me from all sorts of numbers over and over all day long! It's proper harassment. I never pick up, but I'm pretty sure it's ACI behind it.

Got a message from ACI saying they need to chat about some personal issue. They asked me to ring them back on (01253) 531528 to speak with a case manager. Their office hours are weekdays from 8 in the morning till 8 at night, and Saturdays from 9 till 1. They made it clear it’s not a marketing or sales call. Just thought I’d share in case anyone else gets it.
