It appears that this number belongs to Pulse, a nursing agency. I’m currently employed with Pulse in London, and they have a habit of contacting me from various 0207 numbers. So, I would advise you that this call probably isn’t one you need to pick up, as it seems to be coming from Skipton. They do tend to bombard their staff with incessant offers for additional shifts, which can be rather overwhelming.
