I received a call from a woman claiming to represent NatWest, insisting that there was some money owed to me and that she required my bank information to process a refund. It seemed rather odd; if she were truly from the bank, she would have all my details already. When I mentioned this to her, she merely said "Alright" and then promptly disconnected. Quite the dodgy situation if you ask me!
