10 yearsThey actually knew my name and said they were from TalkTalk, telling me there was some kind of interference with my line linked to another user, and that they’d have to disconnect my service for a couple of days. They asked if I could get to my computer... I just ended the call. When I rang the number back, it just said “number not recognised” or something like that.
