Got a call from someone saying they were from "follow up services" about an accident I supposedly had. Since I haven't been in any accident, I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

They keep ringin non stop and the people on the other end are proper rude!! Loads of empty promises too!

Somebody called me asking if I’d been in a car crash. I wanted to know how they knew that, and they told me it was from my insurance provider. I just ended the call right away.

This number popped up on my phone and I answered but no one said anything. I then tried calling it again from my home phone since it had a local area code. When I did, an automated message came on saying the call is very important and to hold on while an agent connects. Quite strange!
