Got a voicemail from this number saying money was withdrawn from my account, but didn't give much else except a button to press for more info. Since I've had the same message about the same sum from other numbers before, I reckon this is a pretty clear scam. I've put the number on my blocked list, but the crooks keep switching numbers so I'm guessing the calls aren't going to stop anytime soon.
