Got a call from a bloke saying he was from BT, telling me there was an issue with my wifi router and asked me to check my computer. I told him everything was working alright on my end. Then he claimed the fault wasn’t with me. When I mentioned I wasn’t the account holder, he just said 'Alright, bye' and hung up straight away. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.
