I've taken the liberty of blocking this number after receiving a call from someone claiming to be from BT. They mentioned something about issues with my router and urged me to log in so they could carry out some checks. Apparently, it would be a complimentary service from Openreach and all that. I informed him that I was heading out, which was a polite way of saying I had no interest. To be honest, I suspect this is nothing more than a scam from BT! I've made sure to block the number straight away.
