Without a shadow of a doubt, this is a scam. I realised this when it became apparent that the caller was trying to trick me into providing the 6-digit security code that I had just received moments ago. The thing is, I never asked for that code, nor was I in any way anticipating a call from this number or O2. Utter nonsense, if you ask me!
