Got a call from someone saying they were with O2 and I could get a discount. I told them I use a different phone company and they quickly said sorry and ended the call. The number popped up as Slough, but it was obvious it was an Indian call centre.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from HR Recruitment down at Bassingham St, London. They mentioned a job offer for remote work.

They said they found my number through a recent job application I'd submitted.

But when I asked more questions, they just cut the call off.

Got called less than an hour after getting another dodgy call from a Glasgow number, which seems linked to scammers pretending they're from different phone companies pushing deals that sound way too good. The Glasgow one was by some lot named either Ziron or Zion, I think. This time, all I got was dead silence.
