Then, out of nowhere, I got a code sent to my phone which turned out to be linked to a Microsoft password reset. I played along since I’d already switched networks! Then they asked for my email, which they should already have, so I didn’t give it. I told them I wasn’t with Three anymore, but they kept insisting it was about the SIM card. When I repeated that, they sounded a bit caught off guard.
