How on earth is a number with more than 8500 searches and a pretty rubbish rating still active?? I guess they must be paying their BT bill and BT don’t want to lose the cash. Anyway, an Asian lady called me asking for my thoughts on a loft insulation survey. I told her I live in a flat with no loft, and after that she just went silent for like 10 seconds before hanging up. Seems like my answer wasn’t something her script accounted for.
