Got a call that said it was from BT but the voice sounded really American. It was a recorded message warning that my phone line was going to be disconnected and gave me two options: press 1 to talk to an agent or press 2 to confirm the disconnection. I hit 1, but after waiting for around 10 seconds, the call just dropped. Tried ringing back but no luck getting through.
