Got a call from a bloke with a strong South Asian accent, said his name was ‘James Morgan’ and he was ringing from ‘BT Openreach’ about my internet. Problem is, I’m not with BT Openreach at all. Think I might’ve made a joke about how he definitely didn’t sound like a ‘James Morgan’ and had a little laugh. That’s when he just hung up on me, proper rude that! Was kinda hoping for a friendly chat, but nope, James wasn’t having it. Bit of a letdown really. :(
