Got a call from some bloke named Brian, sounded like he had a thick Southeast Asian accent, saying he was ringing from BT. Thing is, we don’t even use BT here, so it was pretty daft for him to try and convince me there was an issue with my BT internet! When I began belting out God Save the Queen, he immediately cut me off. Just for a laugh, I phoned the number back using a secure phone, but it wouldn’t connect. Typical scam, nothing new really.
