2 yearsTotal scam, don’t trust it!2 yearsTotal rip off!2 yearsSlamoSoam4 yearsI've had a few calls from this bloke claiming I was ripped off with my timeshare holiday deal through Club La Costa. He's saying I need to shell out £4000 upfront so he can kick off legal action and get me at least £50,000 back since Club La Costa supposedly broke loads of laws and has now gone into administration and shut up shop. According to him, a Spanish judge could sort the payout. He sounds quite knowledgeable and confident, mentioning they’ve got websites showing they've helped lots of others reclaim their money plus extra compensation. But he's pretty pushy with his calls. I’m really unsure if it’s legit or some kind of scam. I mean, I’d love to get back my £26,000 and compensation since I never even used the timeshare - those monthly fees were crazier than booking actual holidays. Totally baffled here!Club La CostaSpain4 yearsThis bloke says he's helping people reclaim cash lost on dodgy timeshares, especially from places like Resort Properties run by Bob Trotter and Diamond Resorts. He sounds pretty legit and real knowledgeable about all the scams Resort Properties have pulled off. Looks like he might be organising another group lawsuit or something along those lines. I’m already too deep in the process to join in now, though.Resort PropertiesBob TrotterDiamond Resorts4 yearsHad enough of those timeshare calls? We’re here to help you get your claim sorted.4 yearsThey claim to be with the TAC Timeshare Advice Centre but ring from Spain, even though the number looks like it’s from Slough. The strange thing is they never give a straight answer when you ask something specific. Instead, they push for a Zoom call, saying that proves they're legitimate - yeah, right? Honestly, they seem just keen to rope you into their claims against timeshare companies. Try asking about their fees and you’ll just get dodged replies, with them insisting on another Zoom meeting instead. If they could give clear answers, I might believe them, but so far it’s all vague, so you’re better off not wasting your time.TAC Timeshare Advice CentreSpainSlough4 yearsThe call came from a number that’s listed as Slough, but the person on the phone claimed to be calling all the way from Spain.SloughSpain9 yearsI picked up the phone and there was total silence on the other end.9 yearsThis number keeps ringing me and I just end up not answering anymore.
