I feel justified in wanting to reclaim the £26,000 I shelled out, especially since I’ve never even used the plan; the monthly fees were simply outweighing the cost of booking holidays elsewhere. Frankly, if they were genuine, they would have the ability to answer direct questions, but as it stands, they haven’t managed to provide a clear response to something so simple.
