They’re so annoying, honestly. I’ve told them I’m not interested multiple times, but they still ring the very next day. There really ought to be some rules stopping companies like this. You try blocking the number, and then they just use another one to keep bothering you.

I've got calls from this number at all sorts of times, but the only time I actually managed to answer, it was just an automated voice. It said something about removing my number from their list and mentioned a Hotmail email, but it never gave the complete address. Bit odd really.
