we get calls from this number quite a bit each week, but whenever I pick up, no one’s on the line, just silence. if I don’t pick up, it rings until it hits the voicemail, but they never leave any message. quite odd really.

So, I got a call from someone saying they were from O2 with some “special offer” to upgrade my account. Thing is, I’ve never even been an O2 customer. They were really aggressive and kept pushing me to listen. I just told them to get lost. Definitely a scam, watch out!

They keep saying they're from 02 and have called me a bunch of times. Somehow they've got my name and number, but I’ve never been with 02 myself (what about GDPR rules?). Each call they come up with some new reason to get hold of me, and the last one was really persistent. Quite annoying, really.
