I got a call from someone claiming to be Microsoft, saying my PC was involved in some sort of illegal activity. The line sounded dodgy and there was a lot of background noise, so I figured it was a scam right away. I told them it was a work laptop and asked if they could give me an email or phone number so I could put my IT department in touch. They just hung up on me after that.
