As soon as my phone rang, I quickly muted the microphone and ended up blocking the number straight away. Talking to them seemed risky - you never know if they might misuse your voice for something dodgy.

I’ve had 01753260125 ring me a couple of times today, it’s just non stop with these energy firms calling morning, afternoon and evening. Honestly, I’m sick of it all. I’m waiting on some important calls from the hospital about scans and this constant buzzing phone is a nightmare. Someone really needs to do something about these calls. Government, please get a grip, cold calls are worse than ever! I’m on the TPS as well, but it don’t seem to make a difference.

They keep ringing me but I just ignore every time!

First time Synergy called me, I told them to take my number off their list and then they just cut me off. Since then, I've had about 8 calls from them today alone. Proper annoying!

I got a call from some people saying they were from O2, but the number showed ‘Synergy Energy’. They asked for my account details and made me answer security questions. When I gave wrong info, they still said it was right. Definitely a scam, nothing to do with O2 at all.
