Got a call from a bloke offering a free loft survey, said he'd show me how to stop heat escaping. When I asked about the price, he just brushed it off. Seemed like they were mostly after people over fifty and those already retired, rather than being upfront about costs.

Got a call from a lady with an accent earlier today. She addressed me by name and mentioned something about the energy situation. She claimed it wasn’t a sales pitch but then started asking if I was a homeowner and other personal stuff. I quickly told her I wasn’t interested and ended the call. Seeing as I’ve had a few calls like this lately, I reckon it’s some kind of scam.

I rang the number back and got some automated voice saying the call wasn’t urgent and that they would get back to me. Honestly, I have no clue who they are???
