Got a robocall saying my internet would get cut off at midnight due to some kind of security issue. They told me to press a button to talk to someone. From what I’ve been through before, those calls usually go to an Indian call centre, maybe in Kolkata, where they try to get you to hand over money so they can fix it. I’m warning you, this is definitely a scam. If you give them your bank info, they’ll clean you out in no time! 😟

Got a robo call saying my internet would cut off at midnight due to a security breach and asking me to press a number to talk to someone. From what I've dealt with before, it'll just connect you to some call centre in India, likely Kolkata, where they try to scam you into paying to fix it. Please be careful, this is absolutely a con. Once they have your bank info, they'll clean you out! 😡
