I had a chat with a firm about looking over my pension, they were really useful. They're located in Plymouth, Devon. Honestly, I'm quite pleased with how they handled everything. If you wanted them to stop contacting you, I reckon they’d easily sort that out. They also run a website and would gladly share the link if you asked.

They claimed to be calling from The Pension Advisory Service, which I doubted at first, but they kept saying that’s exactly who they were. I managed to get their address: 1 Davy Road, Plymouth Science Park, Plymouth PL6 8BX. Even though I told them I wasn’t interested and I’m signed up to the Do Not Call list, they kept ringing me repeatedly. Really irritating.

Someone rang me up and asked for me by my full name. When I asked who was calling, she said her name was Heather and mentioned Kingston Global. I then asked what she wanted, and she said she was just checking if it was me, but then she hung up straight away! A few weeks ago, I had a similar thing from another anonymous caller. I got the ACR service from BT to block anonymous calls, but it doesn't stop the ones that are traceable but still annoying.
