Claimed to represent The Pension Advisory Service. When I questioned them, they maintained that was indeed their identity. I managed to jot down their address: 1 Davy Road, Plymouth Science Park, Plymouth PL6 8BX. They’ve called me numerous times, even after I expressed my lack of interest and mentioned that I’m signed up with the Telephone Preference Service. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Someone rang me up earlier, using my full name, which was a bit unnerving. When I inquired who she was, she introduced herself as Heather from Kingston Global. I pressed for more information about her call, and all she could say was that she wanted to confirm my identity. Just like that, she hung up! I've had a similar situation with another unknown caller not long ago. After I signed up for the ACR service with BT, I thought I’d be shielded from these pesky anonymous calls, but it seems they can still get through!
