as a small business, it’s just as frustrating for us as it is for you when folks give out false info during phone calls. unfortunatly, we have no way to prevent it ’cos we don’t know who these people are. we’ve already reported this to the ministry of justice since we’ve got loads of complaints from people who think it’s our company doing the cold calls. the scammers pretend to be all claims managment and use a plymouth number - 01752937995. please be assured, it’s not us from all claims managment ringing you.

just wanted to let you know that you might be getting calls from folks pretending to be from all claims management. we’re a tiny accident management company with only about 5 people, based in an industrial unit down in south wales. we offer vehicle recovery, hire cars and repair work mainly for local insurance brokers, fleet operators and taxi firms. we stick to the m4 corridor in south wales only. we don’t handle ppi or personal injury claims, nor do we plan to.

no idea who they were but they kept ringing about some “accident” i supposedly had. the only way they’d have that info (and i’m perfectly fine, no injuries) must be through my insurance. can't believe the cheek!

Kept ringin me loads of times, no idea who it was so I put it on my blocked calls list using a free app that stops annoying calls.

this number has rung me about 10 times in the last few weeks. i never pick up as i dont know who it is. i only share my mobile with close family, so i find it strange. the caller doesn’t leave any message so i just ignore it. as an older person, it’s a bit worrying and makes me feel like im being watched. is there any way to stop these calls? thanks, catherine.

This person keeps ringing me non-stop, it’s proper annoying!

I looked up the number online and it turns out to be one of those accident claim scams, so now I just ignore the call.

I’m seriously curious about how they got hold of my personal mobile number in the first place. Honestly, I’d even pay someone to find this pest and do something nasty to them, I’m that fed up with this rubbish.

got an unexpected call from someone named kylie sayin it was ‘all claims management’ on tuesday 14th april. as soon as i asked for a callback number, the phone went dead. i checked the ministry of justice website and this company isnt listed as claims management > business register shows caerdydd criminal injuries compensation but their authorisation was given up on 31/03/2013. seems like they might be operating illegally so ive reported it to the ministry of justice.
