I’ve received yet another unsolicited call attempting to flog me legal services related to a car crash I’ve never been in. It seems these chaps are sourcing information from the National Accident Management Database, which keeps a record of insurance claims and vehicles deemed a total loss. It’s absolutely outrageous that this resource is being exploited as a marketing strategy. It’s downright unlawful that this firm has access to personal contact details and is mishandling them.
