Got a call a while ago asking if I’d sorted out a car accident claim, which seemed odd. Then today, someone else called about whether my windows were energy efficient and said they were “in the area.” I went along with it and then got handed over to another person who took over the chat from the original caller. I gave them a fake address just in case. Are they seriously doing home visits now or something?
