A company from Plymouth calling on behalf of an outsourcing service - totally above board. They usually ring about a week after you join something to make sure all’s good. I personally signed up for a local wildlife trust membership. This number was just making sure everything was fine. It’s safe to pick up, they’re friendly and polite. The only catch is, they don’t leave voice messages, so I often end up blocking it as spam. But when I do answer, it’s nothing dodgy at all.

A woman called asking for someone by name who wasn’t home, mentioning she was from the BHS (British Horse Society) and said she’d call back. I asked for her name and which department she was from so I could pass on the message, then she just hung up. If it was truly from the BHS, I doubt they’d behave like that.

Yep, it really is The Woodland Trust carrying out a survey for their members. They work with a company named Syntec who handle the calls, so you might get contacted by other firms too, but the call from The Woodland Trust is legit.

We’re on the TPS list, unlisted, and have no links to their cause, so these cold calls shouldn’t be happening. This number is from Plymouth and from what others have said it seems to be the Woodland Trust. A few people mentioned they’re part of the Trust and think the call is legit. I’m not a member tho so I don’t see why they’d call me. I didn’t answer since I don’t pick up on unknown or non-local numbers and they didn’t leave a voicemail - probably just a spam call.

Chill out everyone, this number is actually legit. I saw a missed call and decided to search it up, and came across loads of these reviews. When they rang me back, I picked up and spoke to a really lovely woman. She was ringing for a charity I donate to. She was really friendly, and even though I couldn’t help her at the time, she was polite and respectful. Can’t believe some of the rude stuff people say about folks who’re just doing their job.
