I had a rather tenacious bloke named Steffen ring me after I informed him that I had already been in touch with BT a few days prior. I mentioned that they seemed a bit dodgy, and then he proceeded to call me five times! He even accused me of being impolite. Quite the cheek!

The chap on the line claimed to represent BT Business Services. He insisted that I didn’t possess a landline, which was completely inaccurate. He then probed if I’d be tempted to switch back to BT if they could undercut my existing provider - apparently, saving a few quid ought to be appealing, right? I politely declined any further conversation, bid him farewell, but he had the audacity to retort, "Oh, so you’re not interested then," with a rather snarky tone! That was my cue to hang up.
