Got a call that showed it was from Plymouth, but I’ve no idea who it could be. Tried phoning back with the 141 to hide my number, but it just rang out and no one picked up.

Got a ring on my phone from this number, supposedly BT. I never pick up calls I wasn't expecting or that I didn't arrange beforehand. As I'm not dealing with them about anything right now, this must be one of those cold calls. If that's the case, I reckon it's just annoying and feels like harassment.
