Got a call from someone saying they were from Openreach tech support, but they didn’t know my name or where I live. They told me there were problems with my internet, but everything’s been fine on my end. Pretty sure it was a scam.

Some bloke rang saying he was from BT Openreach about problems with my broadband. I was online using the internet at that moment, so I knew right away it was a load of rubbish!
