9 yearsReceived a call at 8:25 in the morning informing me that my internet was about to be cut off without warning. I absolutely lost my temper and pointed out that such early calls are simply unacceptable. The chap on the other end claimed to be from a company that sounded a bit like Clinton, supposedly representing BT. I made it clear that he was simply fishing for personal information and mentioned I was documenting the conversation. We exchanged a few not-so-pleasant remarks, with him being rather insolent, as was I. He branded me a liar and insisted I hang up, but I stood firm and refused.
