I just got a call on my home phone, number 01752564546, some recorded message pretending to be my bank. It said there were unauthorised transactions happening: one was a £400 payment to an online shop, and the other was a transfer via Western Union. The message told me to press a button to cancel or confirm. Felt really dodgy to me.

I just received a rather dodgy automated call from what purported to be my bank. They claimed there were suspicious transactions on my card - one for a whopping £400 to some online shop and another for a transfer via Western Union. The caller then urged me to press buttons to either confirm, cancel or delete something. Quite unnerving! Be careful and don’t get caught out!
