As soon as I tried to interject, he just started from the beginning, repeating everything word for word. He insisted that I had been misled into purchasing some premium service and was entitled to a refund. I told him quite firmly that I don't discuss financial matters over the phone. He then mentioned something about a premium service linked to my phone, to which I replied, "I haven't the foggiest where you got that notion from, as I've never signed up for anything of the sort." He then apologised, claiming he might have had the wrong information, and promptly hung up. It reeked of a scam, but the fact that he had my full name was a tad unsettling.Plymouth12 yearsI keep getting calls from this bunch... they’re using various numbers to reach me.
