When I cut him off, he just kept going back over each line, word by word. He kept saying I’d been wrongly sold some 'premium' service and was due a refund. I told him straight up I don’t talk about bank stuff over the phone, but he insisted it was a premium service related to my phone. I was like, “No idea where you got that from, I never bought anything like that.” He then said sorry, maybe he’d got mixed up, and quickly hung up.
