Got a dodgy recorded call claiming BT was about to cut off our internet and phone line. It was a poor automated message that said to ring a number to sort it out. We ignored it and you should as well! If BT really needed to disconnect your service, they'd call you directly and talk to the account owner, not leave some rubbish pre-recorded warning.
