I got a call claiming to be from BT and they told me to go on my computer and download some program from a website. Not really sure what their trick was, but it definitely felt like a scam. Just watch out for anything like this!

Got a call saying they were from BT warning about dodgy internet use and that my line would get cut off if I didn’t press 1 to talk to “one of their executives.” I just ended the call straight away.
