I got a call from someone at CSW Group, they said they work with the local council down here in the south west, making sure young folks are either studying or working. The person told me they ring every year, but if they can’t get hold of you, they might ring more often. They weren’t selling anything or pushing me to buy stuff, felt like a genuine call.

these csw people keep ringing me loads, like multiple calls a day from different numbers, then they pop up again every month or so. they’re always trying to find out if i’m working or studying. it’s proper annoying, feels like they’re bothering me on purpose.

If they really were who they claimed, why call in the first place? They ought to just send a letter instead. If they’re genuine, they’d have your info already, so don’t hand over any details to them.
