I just ended the call as soon as I picked up. The area code shows Pickering in Yorkshire. Your site says it might be "energy support hub". I checked Energy Support Hub online - they’re real, but none of their contact numbers match this one, plus they’re in Doncaster, not Pickering. Feels a bit dodgy to me!
