I’m at my wit's end with these incessant calls that seem to come in daily. It's fairly obvious this number is nothing but a load of junk.

The guy sounded kinda laughy but actually used my first name and said he was ringing about some legal claim and compensation I'd supposedly got last year (which wasn’t true). He did seem to know about a claim I'd made but later called off - it was from a car crash. When I pretended not to know much, he got really annoyed and called me rude, which didn’t sound very professional. I told him I don’t deal with cold callers and if he has anything important, to send me a letter and I’ll get back to him then.
