My partner got a call from someone named 'Steven William', sounded like it was from an Indian call centre. He said he was from BT and told her our internet speed was all over the place and asked her to click something on her PC. He kept saying our speed should be slow, even tho we just signed up for the 500Mbps fibre. Feels like a scam to me.
