The first time they rang, I picked up but they just went quiet and ended the call. I’ve now blocked that number. The second one I simply didn’t bother answering.

Got a call from a bloke claiming to be with “spark energy”, using my name like he knew me. Told him I’d never heard of the company and I’m not up for switching providers. Asked nicely to be taken off their list but he got really narky and said he’d keep calling me whenever he wants. I called him something rude that sounds like “jeremy hunt” and blocked him. Total scam.

They've called me like 8 times asking about switching my gas and electric and even though I told them to quit calling, they just keep ringing me nonstop.

I finally picked up on the ninth ring, turns out it was some company trying to get me to switch over to Utila Energy. They’ve been ringing me on three separate phone numbers.

I missed a couple of calls from this number but wasn’t able to pick up. Seeing other numbers really close to it doing the same makes me think it’s just another cold caller. So, I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.

this lady called me chatting about some energy stuff, i told her i was interested. then she said they'd remove my details but suddenly dropped the call. gotta say, i kinda enjoy playing along with these calls lol
