Some bloke called me pretending to be from my bank, asking if I’d made a payment. I asked him why he hadn’t bothered with any of the security questions my bank always uses, but he just kept rambling nonsense. When I hung up and tried ringing the number back, it turns out it didn’t even exist! Proper scam, that one.
