Got a robo call from someone pretending to be BT, saying they’d been trying to reach me about some dodgy activity on my account and threatening to suspend it. They wanted me to press ‘1’ to talk to someone about it. No thanks, not falling for that. Then, a few days later, another call came through from the same area code but a new number (01749 930784). Just to clarify, I’m actually a PlusNet customer.
