After tracing the number, it turns out to be linked to a company called "Secure Health." It's increasingly frustrating receiving such unsolicited calls when we've opted out of all marketing communications and are supposed to be ex-directory thanks to the Phone Preference Service! When I tried to ring them back to demand that they remove my number from their list, they flatly refused.
