First it was a woman calling, then the very next day, some bloke got on the line. The whole chat was just like what others have said here, especially when I told them I’m a server and network engineer with a degree in that field. I’m still messing about, trying to stall them long enough so I can figure out where they’re really calling from.

They said they were from BT and wanted to fix some corrupted files on my computer as a special favour. I just told them bye and ended the call.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be with BT saying there was a problem with my internet. When I asked her to explain more properly, she just ended the call. Quite suspicious if you ask me.

Got a call from a lady who said she was from BT, telling me there was a problem with my internet. I just laughed and told her I wasn’t going to be tricked by that nonsense. She didn’t seem too happy about it.
