don’t fall for it, it’s a total rip off. i got a call claiming to be from british telecom saying my services were 19. they’ve rang me twice already. the first call they kept telling me to press 1 or 2, sounded dodgy straight away. second time they said the call was being redirected. honestly, bt would never ring you like that, they know it’s dodgy. but some folks who aren’t so tech-savvy might get caught out and end up losing loads of money. watch out!
